My Story
Dr. Scott M. Shoffner, founder of The Grove Network, brings over 25 years of pastoral leadership and ministry experience shaped by both deep personal loss and remarkable resilience. Having endured the passing of his wife and daughter, as well as the unique pressures and heartbreaks often carried in ministry, Dr. Shoffner has walked through seasons of grief, transition, and rebuilding that have profoundly shaped his understanding of God’s sustaining grace. These life experiences, coupled with decades of shepherding churches and developing leaders, have equipped him with uncommon empathy, insight, and steadiness. Through The Grove Network, he now devotes his life to helping individuals and churches navigate their own seasons of struggle—whether emotional, spiritual, or organizational. By offering Christ-centered coaching, strategic guidance, and practical support, Dr. Shoffner empowers others to grow strong, regain clarity, and move forward with renewed purpose. His mission is simple: to use the story God has written in his own life to strengthen others, cultivate healthier leaders, and help churches bear lasting fruit in their communities.
