Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Grove Network values your time and ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policy applies to all coaching and consulting sessions:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.

• No-shows will be treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable.

This policy helps honor the time reserved for your session and allows us to serve others well.
